Prof. Heejin Lee (Yonsei University) - Business Management - Technology Management

Professor Heejin Lee is a professor at the Graduate School of International Studies at Yonsei University. He has a multidisciplinary background: BA in business administration and MA in sociology at Seoul National University, and PhD in information systems at London School of Economics. Before joining Yonsei, he was a faculty member at the University of Melbourne, Australia and Brunel University, UK.

 

He served as a Working Committee member of the Committee for International Development Cooperation in the Prime Minister’s Office from 2012 to 2016. He was also the president of Korea Association of International Development and Cooperation from 2017 to 2018. Currently, he is the Director of the Centre for Australian Studies at Yonsei University and a board member of the Korea-Australia Foundation.

 

His areas of research include Standards/Standardization and Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D).
